We had a fantastic Christmas! It was VERY busy, but a lot of fun! Maddie really understood the whole Santa thing and asked us every night (for about 2 weeks) if Santa and his reindeer were coming. She was so excited to leave out the cookies for Santa (although she told me that Santa wanted her to try the cookies, lol!)We woke her bright and early on Christmas morning and I think Chad and I felt like kids again seeing the excitement in her eyes. Christmas is one of my most favorite times of the year and having a little one makes it a thousand times better!

Scott and I were wide awake waiting for m and n to wake up. We had to wake Nolan up, and it wasn't until they were down for naps that we realized we didn't open our presents to each other! We were having so much fun watching our kids we completely forgot.
