Easter 2011

Holidays are so much more magical when you have a child to share it with. We had a wonderful Easter with our families. It such a special time seeing Maddie interact with every one. She is an egg hunting PRO! We did not even have to help her...she knew exactly what to do and filled her basket with eggs! We hid eggs for her at our house where we celebrated with my mom and then DD and Big Daddy hid eggs at their house for the all 3 of the grandkids. Noah, Sailer, and Maddie are so cute to watch together. Maddie looks up to Noah and Sailer both. I love that she adores her cousins so much. We took a ton of pictures so I will narrow it down to just a few...it was a very special day spent with the ones we love.

Braves Game

We took Maddie to her first Braves game on April 12th. They were playing the Florida Marlins. We got down to the stadium early and grabbed a bite to eat, then walked around and explored, and of course took pictures. Maddie was in awe of everything around her. She wanted to pose with every ball! She even got her picture made with Homer. She did so great sitting in our seats watching the game. If they got a hit she would say "good job buddy" and if they missed it she would say "it's ok, try again buddy" She danced and learned the tomahawk chop, too. We only stayed for a few innings b/c it was a school night, but the Braves did end up winning the game! Yay!

Meeting Mickey and Lookin Cute

We took Maddie to meet Mickey and Minnie Mouse at Perimeter Mall. They opened an interactive Disney Store and celebrated the grand opening by having the one and only Mickey and Minnie Mouse. We were able to get our picture with Mickey (Minnie was on break) and Maddie ran straight to him. I can't believe she is not afraid of any of the characters! She has no fear! I love her sweet little face as she is posing with Mickey. ;)
