Christmas 2006

We had a busy day on Christmas. Chad and I woke up at 6am to see what Santa brought us. Then we went to Terry and Darlene's at 7:30am. We had a lot to open over there, and it was so much fun to watch Lil Noah get excited about all of his presents that he got. We always go over in our pajamas, and Chad and I wore some new pajamas that we got! At 12:00pm we went back over to Terry and Darlene's and ate lots of yummy food. They did a great job! Then, we went to Dad's at 3pm, and ate again! Chad got a hunting rifle that he had been wanting, and I got the Louis Vuitton purse that I had been wanting! Last but not least, we went to Mom's, and ate some always yummy food. We were so stuffed we were about to pop! We opened some wonderful presents, and spent time hanging out together. I have lost my voice, so I must have had a GREAT time! Now, we have to wait another year till Christmas again :(

We spent Christmas Eve at Papa and Grandmama's. We had lots of yummy food and got to open some wonderful presents. I got some beautiful outfits and my own name plate for my desk at school. Chad got some much needed clothes, too. It so nice to spend the holidays with the ones you love.

Kristin's Graduation!

I finally graduated from Kennesaw State University on December 14, 2006. It was a day that I have been anticipating for a long time now. I am so ready to teach now! These are just a few pics from graduation, and then from my grad party at Chad's grandparents' house. It was so much fun!

My Last Day of Student Teaching

I had an amazing student teaching experience. I was placed in an Kindergarten team-taught class. That means I had 28 KINDERGARTENERS! It was a blast, and there was never a dull moment. I had 13 Hispanic students and the other students were below level, so it was challenging, but extremely rewarding. I am going to miss them so much! Oh, and for those of you who know my pig obsession, they created a "Pig Party" for me. I am doing my classroom in pigs, and I think I have more than enough to decorate now!

Thanksgiving

We had a great Thanksgiving at Chad's grandparents. It is always so nice to get the family together especially for some yummy food!

Chad graduated on August 25, 2006. Chad did an amazing job in school. He was even President of his fraternity! He received the Bill Pierce Award, which is an extreme honor. I am so proud of him.

Trip to Savannah

We went to Savannah in July with Jonathan and Mandy to visit Daniel. We had a lot of fun, and it was really pretty down there.

Honeymoon

We had a wonderful honeymoon. I am ready for another already! We went on a 7 day cruise to San Juan, Puerto Rico, St. Thomas, and St. Maarten. It was absoulutely amazing.
